PRE-HIRE SOSII™ ASSESSMENT

This very cost-effective, brief, pre-hire initial assessment, SOSII™, is used primarily as a screening tool early in the candidate selection process. It is scientifically designed to test a candidate in several areas:

  2. Substance Abuse – Attitudes towards substance abuse in the workplace.

PXTS™ PRE-HIRE and/or EXISTING EMPLOYEE Assessment

The PXT™ Assessment will exponentially help you during the interview and selection process. It identifies people who have the highest probability of being successful in a role and provide practical recommendations for maximizing performance. We also provide a Coaching Report that will provide you with pinpoint accurate interview questions and tips directly related to areas that new candidates (or current employees) are OUTSIDE of a ‘top performer’ pattern for the position. The report will also clarify additional training an individual may need as well. This GREATLY reduces the interview time. Actual top performer patterns can be built for each job position within your company so you can know how to hire as well as manage the people.

There are 8 different reports that can be run off the PXT SELECT Assessment. Additionally, there are several other Team related reports to determine how EACH TEAM MEMBER will typically interact with other team members and areas of potential concern.

PSA™ SALES Assessment

Many salespeople are competitive and persuasive. Given the opportunity to land a new job promotion, they MAY tell you what you WANT to hear, instead of the whole truth, nothing but the truth. The PSA™ Assessment gives you an OBJECTIVE, an inside look at the behaviors and motives of your salespeople and managers to help you make better decisions.

WHY THIS ASSESSMENT?  The PSA assessment measures how well a person fits specific sales jobs in your organization.  It is used primarily for selecting, onboarding, and managing SALES PEOPLE and ACCOUNT MANAGERS.  The ‘job modeling’ feature of the PSA is unique and can be customized by company, sales position, department, manager, geography, or any combination of these factors. This enables you to evaluate an individual relative to the qualities required to perform successfully in a specific sales job.  It also predicts on-the-job performance in SEVEN critical sales behaviors: prospecting, call reluctance, closing the sale, self-starting, teamwork, building and maintaining relationships, and compensation preference.

HOW IT WORKS:  PRIOR TO assessing candidates, our expert people solutionist, Bonnie Schedin, will support you in developing peak performance models for your jobs using questions to help you compare job candidates.  Once established, our clients deliver the PSA to their candidates over the internet (hiring managers or HR administrators simply forward a link).  The assessment does not need to be monitored so the candidate can take it from any computer with Internet access.  The system instantly scores the assessment and informs the hiring managers when they can access the results.  The hiring manager/business owner can use the results as a screening tool or assist them in the interviewing, selection, and onboarding process.

SALES CHECKPOINT Assessment

CheckPOINT 360˚™ Assessment

This leadership assessment is used primarily to evaluate the effectiveness of your managers and leaders. This survey combines feedback from direct reports, peers, supervisors, and even customers – with a personalized program for developing specific leadership skills based on that feedback. This process highlights a manager’s job performance in EIGHT Universal Management Competencies: Communication, Leadership, Adaptability, Relationships, Task Management, Production, Development of others, and Personal Development.

WHY THIS ASSESSMENT?  It helps managers identify and prioritize their own development opportunities and helps the organization to better focus on management training.  It also proactively uncovers misaligned priorities between senior executives and front-line managers by spotlighting management issues that could lead to low employee productivity, morale, satisfaction, and turnover.

HOW IT WORKS:  This foundational survey is used to gather perceptions of the manager’s leadership capabilities and a reference group of bosses, peers, and direct reports with the ability to collect comments on each competency being measured; it enables a complete understanding of the manager’s capabilities across 18 key skill sets; it provides insight into each skill set through a robust set of reports, including a detailed development plan for the individual and coaching considerations for those who supervise that manager; it also gives senior leadership an overview of talents, gaps and focuses areas for the organization.  The Coaching services it and WE provide allow for personalized guidance to help your managers reach their leadership growth goals.

PPI™ ASSESSMENT

The employee Performance Indicator™ is a “DISC-type” assessment that reveals an individual’s job performance and aspects of their personality that could impact their fit with their manager, co-workers, and team. It is used primarily for motivating and coaching employees, as well as resolving POST-HIRE conflict and performance issues. The PPI specifically measures an individual’s motivational intensity and behaviors related to productivity, quality of work, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptation to change as well as their response to stress, frustration, and conflict. The OUTPUT from this assessment serves as a ‘manager’s operating manual’ for an employee, which helps managers better communicate with the employee. A Team Analysis Report can be run off of the PPI. It is designed to help managers form new teams, reduce team conflict, improve team communication, improve their ability to anticipate problems, and enhance their team leadership skills.

PMF MANAGERIAL FIT PXTS Report

The Managerial Fit™ (PMF) is a special report that utilizes data from the PXTS® to measure critical aspects of compatibility between managers and their employees. This report offers an in-depth look at one’s approach to learning, as well as six critical dimensions of compatibility with their manager: self-assurance, conformity, optimism, decisiveness, self-reliance, and objectivity. Managers use this information for adapting their styles in order to get the most from each employee by improving communication, increasing engagement, satisfaction, and productivity, and reducing employee turnover.

WHY THIS REPORT?  People typically don’t quit their companies—they quit their bosses. During times of change in an organization, such as when hiring or restructuring, it is easy to overlook culture, chemistry, and personal fit. Given the urgency to make difficult decisions, personnel decisions are made based on short-term needs and factors that merely look good on paper. However, once new people start working together, interpersonal issues are likely to surface. While a small degree of workplace conflict may be considered a sign of engaged employees, excessive and chronic conflict can be damaging, distracting, and costly. The PMF gives your managers valuable information and insight into a person to help them be more effective, more productive, and deliver consistent results.
