The CompuTrek Canned Job
Service Packages gave us the
language to consistently convey
the value of the services we
provide to our customers. When
we made the change to Mitchell
Enterprise the Canned Service
Packages had our system up and
working with the majority of the
data entry done for us. The
service packages guide the
adviser with fill in the blanks to
get the vehicle processed
properly, missing less and selling
more on the initial write up. The
inspection checklist attached to
each canned job helps to maintain
consistency in the shop.
