| Makes Cents? Most of our clients hit and even far surpass the goals we help them set. A small number of our clients seem to struggle with seeing much increase at all. Why you ask? Well so did we! Some of these clients who struggle are a short distance from other clients who are "hitting it out of the park!" We have spent some time analyzing this (this is what we do...) to try and solve this mystery. It all comes down to this... Them. That's right... If we are using the same systems, in the same client demographic, similar marketing, along with every other major factor is the same, and they get different results... they are all that is left! We have all heard the phrase, "You can lead a horse to water..." We cannot change them, nor can we force them to make the changes they need to in order to have the success they say they want. Sometimes we find that our intention to stay in our comfort zone (even if it is the wrong place to be) is much much stronger than our intention to reach the goals we say we want. Here is a real world example of a client of our who was struggling with staying in their comfort zone... They needed a new advisor. They said they could not afford a new advisor. We walked them through the entire identifying and hiring process and they were stuck. They knew they needed the new advisor, but agreeing to pay them what was required given the current economy and what the shop had been producing (blah, blah, blah...) it was way, way, miles, and miles outside of their comfort zone. They choose to trust us and now are for the first time in month and months putting thousands of extra GROSS PROFIT dollars into their bank every week!!! Please do not misunderstand the blah, blah, blah response. We love and care deeply for our clients and are only doing what we know is in their best interests. We hear these same excuses over and over again. We know in order for you to move forward you MUST let go of these... So...
