If a person passes this basic test then the next suggested assessment test,  
The Profile XT, can test them for being a top performer for the position they
are considered for. This assessment measures them in 3 areas:
    
1. Thinking Style – Can the person do the job
   
 2. Behavior Traits – How will the person do the job
   
 3. Occupational Interests – Do they want to do the job

This assessment is used for both pre-hire as well as current employees. While
the Step One initial Assessment gives interview questions on relevant areas we
need to know about the person, the Profiles XT Assessment has a report that
will give interview questions for directly related to areas they are outside of a
top performer pattern for the position. This greatly reduces the interview time.
Actual top performer patterns are built to each job position in the company so
we can know how to hire as well as manage the people.

For existing employees we provide a coaching report for areas they are outside
of a top performer with relevant coaching tips. This report also clarifies
additional training an individual should have as well.

There are
8 different reports that can be run off the Profile XT Assessment.
Additionally there are several other team related reports so we can find out how
each team member will typically interact with other team member and areas for
potential concerns.
